"First of all let me say I don't write reviews normally, but bad experiences will do that. This company deserves no stars. I have used victory cab from my location several times and the rate has been the same each time....well today I got a new driver. First, the company gave him my room number, but the driver waited in the front while I was outside the whole time waiting in the back. I ALWAYS tell them my room is in the back because in the past they don't know where it is....
So when I get in the cab the meter was already at 2.75 And the driver said it was because after 5 mins they start the meter. I have no issue with that but he was waiting in the wrong place or I would have been there as I was. When we arrived to the destination I told him all I was paying was 10.00 because that's what I normally pay as I have used this company before!! He threatened to call the police and began to raise his voice at me.
I called the company and the guy who answered was very rude and said the driver has every right to cal the police. I work hard for my money and the extra 3 dollars is not the issue....the issue is how rude AMD unprofessional the driver and the company are. I was on the phone with my sister the whole time while it was happening so the call is recorded and how he was speaking to me.
Don't use this cab company because they are rude and dishonest. Victory cab will never get another dime from me...friends, family and whoever else will be notified and I hope they lose all their business. You can't treat people this way And expect your company to prosper. And you never know what people are capable of, so I advise the owner to hire more professional and qualified drivers..."

"Victory Taxi had an idiot driver that was passing a gas station when his Crown Victoria was running out of gas. The immigrant driver tried to make a U turn to get back to the gas station, the engine died, the power steering and power brakes were off, so he came across five lanes to hit my Ford F-150 head on, totaling both vehicles. Today another Victory Taxi, #124 almost hit me from behind, then passed me at a high speed, cut in front of me, almost hitting me again, proceeded to speed and reckless drive right to my neighborhood, raced through (Posted 25 MPH) at over 50 MPH, to my neighbor's house. I walked over and asked the cab driver if he knew he almost hit me and almost ran me off the road. He answered; "I did that on Barrett Parkway." I told him his company already totaled one vehicle, and he almost wrecked another. He said; "That wasn't me." I asked if his company hires reckless drivers, and he answered; "That's a loaded question, there is no right answer." My answer, they hire reckless drivers."

Emily's Victory Cab Review
"The woman who answered my call was horrible to me. I asked politely if this cab company jumps cars that have broken down (where I am from, this is regularly offered as a service. The woman immediately started yelling at me that "cabs pick up people, and do not jump cars." at this point I thought that perhaps she did not know the term "jump" and so I tried to explain it to her. She then replied "we don't do that, listen to yourself you idiot". This woman was insanely rude, an idiot, and will lose every customer she talks to."
