"Man Tax (Black Cabs now an array of colours)On 28th of March at just after 17-00(5.00pm) I arranged for this company to pick my mum 76 and my sister and her 2 elderly small dogs and a cat in a transporter( cat basket) from Bolton. The gentle operator took all the details and then wanted a mobile or contact number phew!I gave him mine as my mum's phone was flat. thank you I said then, he said if the driver decides to ask for part payment I said yeah no worries
I re-rung Mantax about an hour and 20mins later not hearing anything.
I was put incontact with a lady operater who said my Sister's name was not put on their system nor my name.
I was fuming I said my mum has low blood sugar ( she got diagnosed nearly 20+yrs ago) and we wanted her home.
The operator then said we only operate round the Manchester area Bolton is part of Greater Manchester.
I am very annoyed I and they could not get my family here (the journey is an hour and 20mins as a rule trusted Man Tax never again).please phone earlier than what i did keep a check on their move ments it's your right."

"Called central taxi twice today, first time the operator was lovely, although the driver was very cold and didn't even say hello or respond to my greeting. Second time I rang for my return journey and I mentioned a landmark so as the operator could know where I was exactly as they are two of the same centres, one in the West and one in the east, she was rude by stating my location wasn't 'next to' the landmark I mentioned, that was very unnecessary of her then see hang up before taking my name and rest of details!"

"I AM really annoyed with the attitude of one of the drivers working for com cab. I was picked up at a taxi rank in the centre of Aberdeen and I arrived at the same time as another guy. When the driver arrived I got in and was told by the driver that I had jumped the queue. Then she had the cheek to say to the other guy waiting that it was my fault. I was annoyed that even though she wasn't there when we both arrived at the rank she had the bloody cheek to say that it was my fault."

"today on 11th may 2016 in coventry, I asked for a cab from 290 terry road to high street city centre near barclays bank. what happend was driver took a big long cut just so that meter gaoes on and he can earn more money. The meter tarrif was £ 8.85 just for this distance.
When i said him plz dont take longcuts, he started saying congratulations and was laughing and making fun, the Taxi details is:-
REF Black METRO REG:MK52VZG 356 JOB:172.
This was not expected from central taxis on whom all we rely.
