"Man Tax (Black Cabs now an array of colours)On 28th of March at just after 17-00(5.00pm) I arranged for this company to pick my mum 76 and my sister and her 2 elderly small dogs and a cat in a transporter( cat basket) from Bolton. The gentle operator took all the details and then wanted a mobile or contact number phew!I gave him mine as my mum's phone was flat. thank you I said then, he said if the driver decides to ask for part payment I said yeah no worries I re-rung Mantax about an hour and 20mins later not hearing anything. I was put incontact with a lady operater who said my Sister's name was not put on their system nor my name. I was fuming I said my mum has low blood sugar ( she got diagnosed nearly 20+yrs ago) and we wanted her home. The operator then said we only operate round the Manchester area Bolton is part of Greater Manchester. I am very annoyed I and they could not get my family here (the journey is an hour and 20mins as a rule trusted Man Tax never again).please phone earlier than what i did keep a check on their move ments it's your right."
"worse service and staff, mantax is such a black label for the UK taxi. I called the office for a taxi and they didn't mention if the taxi will late or not and the taxi was late more than 50 min. and I missed the Dr appointment for my disabled father when I called them Patric one of the operator staff said I can't hear you could please speak Lauder when I raised my voice he said why you shouting you don't have to shout I told him you asked me to raise my voice. he replied in a very rude way I'm not going to give any information and he start laughing with the other staff. such a cheap and dirty way to speak to the customer. when the Taxi arrived I told him sorry there is no point to go as we missed the appointment he gave me his back and wave get lost!!!!!!!!!! is this the type of service we get ????????"
