"Driver was rude of co op taxi. Called customer service to complain but did not want to give drivers name as they do have a hard job. She got aggressive on phone...how rude. customer service interaction not strong point. Would not recommend their service"

Sebastian's Coop Taxis Review

"I took the coop taxi this morning for the first time. 5.5 km's journey. Ended up paying $29.10 I was totally ripped off by the Indian driver. Watch out people! I do not use taxis but it sounded quite expensive, anyway I paid that and have checked the fares on website. Wow, what a thieves. Do not use Auckland Coop!"
