"I would like to make a complaint about your taxi driver who took us to wrong hotel inspite of telling him the correct address .We took taxi from central station as we came from Sweden by train and we told him to take to Park Inn Raddison at Alna but he took us at Park Inn Raddison Oslo which was in city itself .we were tourist and he dropped us at wrong hotel .He charged us NOK 154 WHICH I paid by credit card .This was on 17/10/15.Then we had to take another taxi to go to Park Inn Raddison Alna .There I made a complaint on phone .The person told to send email to you people .
I have got the receipt ,FORER ID IS 931 ,LOYVE NR IS A 5025.The person from your company told to write this .He also booked the complaint on phone .
I would appreciate if your company can refund my money .
