"we've called a cab for a certain time. operater approved and promissed that car will be in time. Taxi was late for 17 minutes. Nobody bothered to inform us about it. i had to call mylesf, had to find taxi driver number. Operator was telling lies till the very end. It is not the ccheapest taxi in latvia, most expencive one. so what if company cant provide the car on time it can happen. why they took an order and never fullfilled it."
