May's Taxi Review
"Hong Kong taxi driver gets to pick their clients!
I take taxi in Hong Kong very frequently and am always amazed on how rude some of our taxi drivers are (there are no proper control on taxi driver's service in Hong Kong. Even you complain, no one does proper follow ups)
I was in queue today in Causeway Bay Time Square's cross-harbour taxi queue at around 5:15 pm.
- Taxi SY1110 came but only willing to take guests travel via western tunnel
- Taxi JY 9578 came, driver saw two mainland Chinese with 2 pieces of big luggage at almost end of the queue. They spoke and finally took these two guests at almost end of the queue."

lameenor's Taxi Review
"we were rejected a ride by at the central airport terminal because we have 2 pcs of carry on size luggage. The driver has a nasty attitude and rude and exchanged a few words with the taxi controller, apparently, not uncommon."

Frederic's Taxi Review
"At about 2300 pm 2016 05 20 hailed a taxi SN 8810 from outside Marriott Hotel Queensway. Taxi driver indicated that he was looking for a fare to go to Kowloon side. However he refused my fare because he didn't want to go where I wanted to go in Kowloon. Hong Kong taxi drivers really are so rude, ignorant and terrible drivers. Of course there are many good ones but there are far too many black sheep in this industry in Hong Kong. The door staff of the hotel told me this taxi is famous for cheating customers."

Patrick Seow's Taxi Review
"On 25 Jun 2015 at 4:40am we board a taxi at the doorstep of Dorsett Mongkok Hotel to the airport. When we reach T1 at 5am the meter show HK$190 but he keep asking for HK$290 claiming he pay toll, the fare should be HK$210 including 2 luggage. This really leave a very bad impression after a few days which I was praising how good the service quality in Hong Kong."

Alan's Taxi Review
"On 26th May 2015 at 06.25 I used a red (urban) taxi sitting outside the New World Millenium Hotel in Kowloon to take myself and friend to terminal 2 at HK airport.
We had 1 large and one small bag.
The taxi registration number was LV5989.
I do not have the Taxi Driver Identity Plate Number (maybe you can see in attached pictures).
I do not know the name of the taxi driver.
Upon arrival at Terminal 2 the meter showed 212.80 HK$.
The driver then pressed a button on the meter and the meter switched to show 388.12 HK$.
This was the sum he asked for and continued to insist upon in a rude and aggressive manner.
My friend and I both questioned this and said it should be no more than 230 or 250 $HK.
The driver said there was a toll to pay and surcharge for the luggage. We said there was no toll and the luggage cost was $HK5 per piece.
We told him we were not prepared to pay more than $HK 240.
We asked him to call a policeman to resolve the dispute and he said he did not know how.
In the end we gave him $HK 240 and informed him we would be reporting him.
He said he did not care."
