"I had very bad experience. I booked the taxi from Ringwood to craigieburn. When the taxi arrived , I was still on the phone with RACV, I even didn't get in the taxi n didn't make time booking either but he decided himself to start the meter .
I even told him I use to drive the taxis too but I never refuse the fare and turned the meter on before even customer enter in taxi. He was so rude , no manners at all .

"Thursday afternoon 27th July I rang to get a Taxi to collect myself from Arndale Shopping Centre to take me home which is 5km. I am in a wheelchair which is manual and can be taken apart and folded up to fit in a car but I need to have a flat surface to get into the Taxi. I waited for almost 2 hours and got refused from 6 of your Taxi Drivers, because I couldn't get in from the curb they would not drive a little bit further up for me to get in. I believe this is not the best customer service from you guys and being that it was also a very wet day that it could of been handled better. I have photos of the Taxi numbers and as well as phots's of where I wanted them to move up so I could get in. I also have a record of the calls."

Michael's Silver Service Review
"I tried to send my complaint directly to the company with no avail. So to social media I turn. My husband and I were at the end of our holiday travelling from Sydney airport to a local motel. The taxi driver pretends that he is unsure of where the motel is not very convincing as it is very close to the airport. The taxi driver purposely changes lanes so he is unable to continue straight then unsafely makes a u tune to get back on the right road; purposely trying to gain a higher fair. My husband confronts the taxi driver which we then are subjected to a fowl mouth and name calling from him. ''You f... b...'. He then throws our change on the ground continuing with his fowl mouth. Unfortunately for him my husband was having none of his bad behaviour and made him pick up the money and hand it to him in a respectful manner. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and uncalled for. Thanks for nothing T 9915 at 5:55pm."

Barry's Black and White Taxis Review
"I am the night manager of a prominent hotel in Fortitude Valley. I've just had the driver of Taxi No: 530 come in and abuse me because a guest had apparently short changed him $2. He wanted me to call them so I asked him what their name was which he couldn't supply. I said to him " so you expect me to ring every room in the hotel" to which he replied F*** off. Black and White will not be getting any departure fares from this hotel."
