"Taxi Driver Number 1270, please do not use this driver always takes longer route, got charged double rate and went all over Dubai for what should have been 8min journey ended up taking 4 minutes. If you step in this taxi please step out as soon as possible."

"Some of these drivers need training in customer service and ethics. A simple taxi ride from Dubai mall to the Dubai airport which should take approx 20 mins was recorded at 90 mins by my GPS logger. The route taken went out as far as the British University. This was deliberate and fraudulent. The driver should be reported to the police and have his licence cancelled."

"This is the second time I have phoned for a taxi and been assured that the taxi will be here within the hour. Well the first time it took over an hour and a half and I ended up cancelling the taxi and making alternative arrangements. The second time, today, I phoned an hour and 20 mins ago, being assured that I would get a taxi within the hour...well I am still waiting!!! If they cannot accomodate, the call centre should inform us!!! I am now going to be late for my appointment....how disappointing!!!"
